Riley's first friend

After much anticipation, Riley and Holden met today. Holden is 3 weeks 2 days old and Riley is 11 weeks old today. But they are almost the same size. They're both tall and skinny, virtually bald, with blue-gray eyes. Riley's are actually chameleon eyes, sometimes green, sometimes blue-gray.

Riley and Holden really hit it off, much to their mothers' delight. Erin and I laid them down together on a blanket and they really noticed each other and "played".

I snapped a ton of pictures that all pretty much look the same because you can't expect many pose changes from 2 infants. Here is my favorite.



I also took some video of them "talking" to each other.



Of course Erin and I got more out of the play date than the kiddos did, but we're looking forward to having them grow up together.
