Global Warming

We started off the week with a snowstorm and woke up to about 6" of snow on Monday morning. We bundled up and headed outside to try to get some pictures of Rye's first big snow, but it was so bitter cold and windy that we only lasted a couple of seconds.

feeling like the kid from A Christmas Story

So cold and windy we can't even open our eyes!
The end of the week was much more our style. It warmed up to the low 70s and we took a family trip to Frying Pan Park to see some animals and have a picnic.

And on Sunday we went to Burke Lake to feed the ducks and enjoy being warm and outside

she actually didn't mind getting her feet wet
